Emporia High divers wrap up day one at State

After day one at State Emporia High divers are in 2^nd, 6^th and 11^th place.

Haylee Weiss is in 2^nd place after the prelims. She is 3 points out of 1^st place. Whitney Sparks is in 6^th place and Karalyn Karjala is in 11^th place. The semi-finals will be held Friday with the finals on Saturday. The swim prelims will be held Friday morning. For Emporia High Ashlyn Alingh will be swimming in the100 butterfly and as part of the 400 free relay. She will be joined on the relay by Peyton Irwin, Kelsey Boettcher and Clara Kessinger.
