Drivers on the Kansas Turnpike will have minor adjustments to make in Osage County, thanks to the latest announced project.
The Turnpike Authority is conducting overhead bridge work near mile marker 159, or 12 miles northeast of the Admire-Council Grove exit and 32 miles northeast of the Emporia tollgate. This part of the project is closing the outside lanes for both northbound and southbound travelers.
Work should continue through June.
