Saturday was busy at the Jones Aquatic Center as the facility opened up the 2018 outdoor swim season.
From the Lazy River to the slides to the splash pad to the actual pool, the facility was extremely busy all day. Temperatures topping out at 90 degrees had many people thinking about the pool, and with temperatures expected in the 90s just about all week, the Aquatic Center could have a busy first week of the season.
Pool hours are noon to 6 pm Monday through Thursday, including Memorial Day, and noon to 8 pm Friday through Sunday.
