US Senator Jerry Moran is coming to Emporia this week.
Moran will stop at the American Legion Post No. 5 at 2921 West 12th to meet with the public from 3-4 pm Thursday. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts on the major issues facing Kansas and the country as a whole.
This is part of Moran’s longstanding approach of visiting all the counties he represents at least once during a calendar year. Moran first developed a 69-county “Big First Listening Tour” when he represented the state’s First Congressional District while serving in the US House.
