The MIAA has announced that Southwest Baptist will be withdrawing from the conference.
SBU has accepted an invitation to join the Great Lakes Valley Conference. They will be joining former MIAA member schools Missouri St. Louis, Missouri Rolla and Truman State in the GLVC. The move becomes effective with the 2019-2020 school year.
