An investigation is underway after a reported injury crash in south-central Emporia on Saturday morning.
Early indications are an eastbound car hit a parked car just west of the intersection of Market and Norton streets, or immediately south of the former Kansas Avenue school building. The wreck was reported shortly before 8 am.
The driver of the car in motion was observed by an Emporia rescue crew and declined further treatment. Nobody was in the parked car.
Names have not been released and the cause of the wreck is unclear.
