The Emporia Junior American Legion baseball team split their doubleheader with the Andover Trojans Thursday night.
Andover won the first game 7-6. Avery Peek drove in 3 runs with a double in the 7th inning. Kadyn Williams scored 3 runs.
Post 5 won the 2nd game 5-4. Avery Peek finished with 2 rbi. Evan Berges and Bobby Trujillo each drove in a run.
The Emporia A legion is now 2-2 to start the season. They are scheduled to host Garnett in a doubleheader Tuesday.
