OSAGE CITY — Osage City Police are asking for help in finding the suspect or suspects responsible for a series of trailer thefts the past few weeks.
Police officers are focusing on the thefts of the trailers themselves as opposed to any contents inside, saying trailers have been taken out of residents’ yards. Officers are also pleading with residents to lock or chain trailers — as well as vehicles, homes and garages — to limit the theft risk.
