The Emporia City Commission will meet for an action session Wednesday evening.
The agenda includes a consideration of a bid award for the 2018 street resurfacing project. A pair of ordinances is also up for consideration, including one for a beer garden at the Junior Worlds Jam block party July 13. Also to be considered is an ordinance and request for a minor plat at 525 S. Commercial Street with a consideration to also rezone the property from mobile park to high-density residential. One executive session is also scheduled.
Wednesday’s meeting gets underway at 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1AB at White Auditorium.
