The Emporia-Lyon County Joint Board of Zoning Appeals meets Tuesday night.
Board members have one application before them. Coffelt Signs has requested a sign variance on behalf of First Church of the Nazarene which would allow additional signage for the church, 2931 West 24th. The area has seen ongoing road and building construction the past several weeks as Aldi changes its location from Emporia West Plaza to the southwest corner of 24th and Industrial.
The meeting starts at 6 pm at White Auditorium City Conference Room 1 AB.
