An Emporia man charged with leading law enforcement on three separate pursuits last month will be in Lyon County District Court Thursday.
Andrew Reisen will appear before Judge Douglas Jones at 1:30 p.m. for an attorney review hearing. A pretrial conference originally scheduled for last Friday has been continued to June 28.
Reisen faces three counts of felony flee and elude from an incident in the late hours of May 18 and early morning of May 19. Reisen allegedly led police three different times on a motorcycle chase in and around Emporia reaching speeds in excess of 130 miles per hour.
Later in the evening Reisen also allegedly wrecked his bike and fled the scene before Emporia Police and Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies arrested him.
