An Emporia woman awaiting trial for alleged involvement in a burglary of a non-dwelling has been denied a motion to suppress evidence.
Dianna Lee was in Lyon County District Court Friday where Judge Jeffry Larson made his ruling. A final pretrial conference is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. July 18 with trial slated to begin in late July to early August.
Lee is one of four suspects charged in the January burglary of at least one rural address in Lyon County. Co-defendant Clinton Moody is set for trial July 30.
Earlier this month Nathyn Kennedy was found guilty of burglary, theft and criminal trespass. Sentencing is coming Aug. 3.
Andrea Redburn who pleaded no contest in May to criminal trespass. She will be sentenced at 10 a.m. July 26.
