Due to the Fourth of July falling on a Wednesday, Emporia city commissioners will have an action meeting Monday afternoon.
Commissioners will consider an agreement with Bunge for a permit and temporary easement. They will also consider bids for a new solid waste truck and look a request for an upcoming beer garden.
Reports and commissioner comments are also scheduled.
The meeting starts at 1:30 pm Monday at White Auditorium City Conference Room 1 AB.
