The Minnesota Twins out scored the Kansas City Royals 8-5 Wednesday.
The Royals had a good start to the game, Salvador Perez hit a 3 run home run in the first inning and Mike Moustakas hit a solo home run in the 3rd to give the Royals the early lead. Minnesota scored 3 runs in the 4th and added 3 more in the 6th to take the lead for good. Mike Moustakas added a solo home run in the 9th inning, but it was not enough. The Royals are off Thursday, they begin a 3 game series with the White Sox in Chicago on Friday.
