3 Emporia Basketball teams finished in first place in the Emporia MAYB tournament that wrapped up Sunday.
In the boys 9th – 12th grade division Emporia team 1 finished in first place. Emporia Team 2 finished in 2nd place.
In the Boys 7th and 8th grade division Emporia finished in 1st place. Emporia High boys coach Beau Welch says he is looking forward to the coming season.
In the girls 9th-12th grade division Emporia finished in 1st place.
In the girls 7th and 8th grade divsion Emporia finished in 2nd place.
In the girls 4th and 5th grade division Emporia finished in 3rd place.
