The Emporia Energy 18 year old team will begin play in the USSSA Midwest National 18A tournament in Kansas City Wednesday.

The Energy will play the Quad City Hitmen out of Iowa and Topeka Stingers in pool play Wednesday. The Energy takes a 18 and 11 record into the tournament.
