The Emporia Energy 18s suffered another close loss at the USSSA 18A Midwest National tournament.
The Energy 18s were defeated by the Kansas Blue Sox Orange out of Wichita 7-6 in an elimination game
today. They finished the tournament 0-5 and lost 4 of the games by 1 run. Coach Troy Chapman said it was little things that cost them.
Coach Chapman said there were positives to playing in a 18A National tournament.
The Energy 18s finished the season with a 18-11 record.
