Lyon County commissioners had a quick action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners approved J&A Traffic Products’ bid of almost $6,900 for signposts and related equipment. They also approved the purchase of a copier at a cost of almost $7,300.
Commissioners also fielded an update on the Human Relations Department’s work to obtain a Pathways to a Healthy Worksite pledge grant. This involves sending employees for specialized training and creating a healthy lifestyle plan with components for exercise, diet and tobacco.
Commissioners will have an action session next Thursday.
