The Emporia State football and volleyball teams hold their first practices of the season Monday.
The football team will hold their first practice this evening beginning at 7:15.
Coach Garin Higgins says they are ready to take the next step in preparing for the up coming season.
The volleyball team will hold two practices today at White Auditorium. Coach Bing Xu is hoping they pick up where they left off after spring practices.
The first practice will be at 2:30p and the 2nd at 7pm.
