TOPEKA — A Harveyville man was involved but not hurt in a crash that sent another person to a Topeka hospital for treatment Thursday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Max Brammel was southbound on US Highway 75 near Lower Silver Lake Road when the crash happened around 4 pm. A motorcycle driven by 22-year-old Orin Meyer of Frontenac hit road debris, causing Meyer to fall off. The motorcycle continued and hit Brammel’s pickup.
Meyer was taken to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka for treatment. His condition has not been released.
