A whole lot of smashing bashing and crashing closed out the 2018 Lyon County Fair Saturday night.
The Lyon County Fairgrounds grandstand arena was packed full of spectators to watch the annual demolition derby. Over thirty different drivers were on hand to compete in five separate categories including limited weld, bone stock, bone stock compacts, weld compacts and kids power wheel.
The demo derby capped off a great two weeks which included the carnival, buck rumble and roll, a slew of 4H events and a concert featuring the Kentucky Headhunters.
