*Emporia Municipal Airport: 2.35 inches
*Allen: 4.5 to 7 inches
*Thorndale: 4.1 inches
*Ninth and Weaver: 2.8 inches
*Road 160 and E-5: 4 inches
*Road 310 near Allen: 3.75 inches
*18th and Briarcliff: 3.75 inches
*West Ridge Drive: 3.5 inches
24-hour totals from Tuesday to Wednesday morning:
*1100 block South Weaver: 3.85 inches
*Bushong: 1.45 inches
*Cottonwood Falls: 1.5 inches
Rain totals in the 3-5 inch range were reported from northwest Emporia up to Americus and Admire on Tuesday, but those did not include midday or early-afternoon rainfall.
Rain chances take a break Wednesday through Thursday evening, when we get a good chance of showers and storms. More rainfall is possible Sunday through Monday afternoon.
