The Lyon County Highway Department is advising of an upcoming county road closure beginning this week.
A timber culvert will be replaced less than half a mile east of Road U on Road 220 in eastern Lyon County. Work is scheduled to begin on Monday and will take about 12 weeks to complete, depending on the weather.
Motorists who travel that county road are advised to find an alternate route during construction. The above map shows where construction will occur.
