Gov. Jeff Colyer has extended an order to fly flags at half-staff following the death of Arizona Senator John McCain.
In accordance with Executive Order 10-12, and following Monday afternoon’s proclamation by President Trump, Gov. Colyer has ordered flags to continue flown at half-staff now through sundown Sunday, Sept. 2.
McCain, a six-term Senator, war hero and former presidential candidate, died Saturday after a more than yearlong battle with brain cancer.
