The Emporia State soccer team shutout Ouachita Baptist 2-0 Sunday.
Jacki Martinek and Emily Goodnow scored the goals for the Lady Hornets. Both came in the first half. Emporia State out shot Ouachita Baptist 8-6 on goal. Emporia State goalie Jillian Patton had 6 saves in the match. The Emporia State soccer team is 2-0 to start the season. They go to St. Charles, Missouri to play Missouri S&T Friday and Drury Sunday.
