The Emporia High girls volleyball team finished in 5th place at the Southeast of Saline Invitational Saturday.
In pool play the Lady Spartans defeated Concordia in 3 sets, 25-21, 22-25, 25-21. Lost to Hillsboro 25-21, 25-9 and lost to Salina South25-23, 25-19.
In bracket play the Lady Spartans defeated Smokey Valley 25-15, 22-25, 25-21 and defeated Hillsboro in 3 sets 25-17, 22-25, 25-23.
The Lady Spartan Volleyball team is now 4-6 for the season.
