The Emporia High girls golf team finished in 7th place out of 11 teams at the Newton Invitational Tuesday.
Makayla Kusmaul had the low score for Emporia High she finished with a 52 for the 9 hole tournament and finished in 24th place. Brynn Riley shot a 55, Jenna Fessler a 56, Veronical Blankley a 58, Drue Davis a 59 and Rylie Botkin a 64. Andover finished in 1st place with the top 4 golfers.
