The Emporia High volleyball team lost a match and won a match on Senior night.
Mill Valley defeated the Lady Spartans 25-21, 25-21.
Emporia High defeated Tonganoxie 25-18, 25-14. Senior Taylor Thomas was happy they bounced back from the loss to Mill Valley.
The Lady Spartans are now 6-8 for the season.
In area high school volleyball:
Olpe split with West Franklin.
West Franklin won the first match 27-25, 11-25, 25-20.
Olpe won the 2nd match 25-17, 15-25, 25-18.
Tonight they host Hartford.
