The Emporia High football team is preparing for Fridays showdown with Topeka Seaman.
The Spartans are 1-2 but Coach Corby Milleson says the schedule they have played and will play will prepare them for week 9 and the beginning of the post season.
Seaman is 2-1 with wins over Highland Park and Hayden and a loss to Manhattan.
