Dianna Lee wants to withdraw her plea in a Lyon County burglary case, and a hearing next month will determine whether she can or whether she will be sentenced for the crime.
In July, Lee pleaded no contest to burglary of a non-dwelling after she and three other individuals were charged in January. However, her defense team didn’t advise her about a prior conviction’s effect on possible probation in the case, according to County Attorney Marc Goodman.
The hearing is now set for Oct. 1.
