Local paranormal investigators are calling on residents to assist with their latest investigation.
The Flint Hills Paranormal Group will be holding their first Spooktember event this Saturday at Plumb Place. Flint Hills Paranormal is a ten-member group based out of Emporia, with over 60 years of paranormal experience between each of the members.
Saturday’s event invites local residents to join in the investigation with Flint Hills Paranormal. Group co-founder Brandy Nance was a guest on KVOE’s Newsmaker explains why they want to share the experience.
Co-founder Dr. Linda Clarke says there is a variety of equipment involved in their investigations. This includes EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency) detectors, EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) recorders and an abundance of cameras, including one she calls a fantastic piece of equipment.
Saturday’s investigation will begin at 6:30 pm and run until midnight. You can find tickets on Flint Hills Paranormal’s Facebook page or by clicking here. The cost to participate is $25 per person with all proceeds benefiting Plumb Place.
