Manhattan rolled to a 41-14 win over the Emporia High football team Friday night.
Manhattan scored on 5 of their first 6 possessions building a 35-0 lead by halftime. The third quarter was better for the Spartans Charles Snyder scored on a 51 yard pass reception. Jace Stewart scored on 35 yard run to cut the deficit to 35-14. Manhattan added 1 more touchdown for the 41-14 win. The Spartans fall to 2-3 for the season. They will host Highland Park next Friday night.
