The annual Neosho Rapids Haunted House is gearing up to offer local residents a frighteningly good time.
The first Haunted House of the year will be held Saturday, Oct. 13 with wagon rides beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets will be available starting at 6 p.m. the cost is $8 or $7 with the donation of a canned food item.
Spokesperson Mary Lou Pearson says all proceeds benefit the Neosho Rapids Community.
The ride will start at the Neosho Rapids Community Building located at 238 N. Main St. before traveling through the haunted trail which leads to the haunted house, maze and cemetery and ending back at the community building.
The Haunted House will run each Saturday from Oct. 13 to Oct. 27. For more information visit the Neosho Rapids Haunted House Facebook page.
