The Emporia State soccer team is now receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches National poll and has moved up in the regional rankings.
The Lady Hornets are 9-2-1 for the season after wins over Missouri Southern and Southwest Baptist.
Grand Valley State is the top ranked team in the national poll.
Emporia State has moved up to number 4 in this weeks Central regional poll. Bemidji State is the top ranked team in the region. Central Oklahoma is 2nd and Minnesota State Mankato is 3rd. Central Missouri is 5th and Missouri Western 6th. Emporia State plays at Central Oklahoma on Friday.
