A preliminary hearing is on the docket Thursday afternoon as court proceedings continue in the case of State v. Lannie Lyman.
The hearing starts at 1:15 pm with Judge Jeff Larson presiding.
Lyman stands accused of taking over $110,000 from the Emporia Senior Center from early 2016 through September 2017 when she was fired.
