For the 8th straight year Kansas is the number 1 pick in the Big-12 Mens Basketball preseason poll.
The Jayhawks received all 9 possible 1st place votes. Kansas State is picked 2nd and received the other first place vote.
West Virginia is 3rd. TCU and Texas are tied for 4th place.
Iowa State, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Baylor and Oklahoma State round out the poll.
