Emporia Police are looking for a runaway teenager.
Sydnee Fowler is a white female was reported missing Monday to officers. She’s 16 years old, 5-foot-6 and around 145 pounds. She also has what’s described as dishwater blonde hair with dark red lowlights.
Fowler was last seen wearing a dark gray sweatshirt with no hood, holey blue jeans and sandals. She was carrying a black Nike bag with a large white swoosh logo and a smaller burgundy Nike bag.
