The Wichita State mens basketball team hosts Catawba in an exhibition game Tuesday night.
The Shockers have no returning starters and only 5 letter winners back. Markis McDuffie is the leading returner, he averaged almost 19 points and 8 rebounds a game last year. Shocker Coach Gregg Marshall says there has been a lot of teaching.
Wichita State has also announced that they have signed a 4 year deal to play Oklahoma State. The series will begin next year at Oklahoma State. They will play in Wichita in 2020 and 2022. They will also play at Oklahoma State in 2021.
