The Emporia State volleyball kept their MIAA tournament hopes alive with a 3 set to 1 win over Pittsburg State Friday night.
The Lady Hornets won the first two sets 25-13, 25-18. Pittsburg State won the 3rd set 25-19. Emporia State won a back and forth 4th set 25-23.
Yuchen Du, who missed 3 weeks with an injury, led the offense with 15 kills.
Tatum Graves added 12 kills and Taylor Otting finished with 11 kills. Emma Dixon finished with 46 assists. Jordan Evans had a match high 22 digs.
The Lady Hornets are in a 3 way tie for 6th place in the MIAA standings. They host Central Oklahoma Saturday night with first serve set for 7pm at White Auditorium.
