The Emporia State men finished in 9th place and the women in 12th place at the MIAA Cross Country meet held at Emporias Jones Park Saturday.
The Missouri Southern men and Pittsburg State women won the team titles. Cole Bosley had the best finish for the men finishing in 22nd place.
Sam Hengeli finished 37th and Grant Knoll finished in 38th place.
The Emporia State women were led by Leah Nelson who finished in 64th place.
