A trial date is now on the docket for a man accused of rape in Lyon County.
Jeremy Lee Massey was set for trial on Feb. 4 after a hearing this week. Massey stands accused of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and breach of privacy following allegations of a violent incident in early September. The complaint accuses Massey of having sex with a person who was incapable of giving consent and using a recording device as well.
The affidavit in this case is sealed, so further details won’t be released unless the case goes to trial.
