For the 2nd game in a row Lagerald Vick scored a career high to lead the #2 ranked Kansas Jayhawks to a win. Vick scored 33 points in the Jayhawks 89-76 win over Louisiana Friday night.
Kansas Coach Bill Self says Vick is playing at a high level.
The Jayhawks held a 3 point lead at halftime and did not put the game out of reach until late in the 2nd half. Dedric Lawson added 19 points and Udoka Azubuike finished with 17 points. The Jayhawks are now 3-0 to start the season. They will play Marquette in the NIT tip-off Classic on Wednesday.
