Joey Logano is the 2018 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Champion. Logano passed Martin Truex Jr with 11 laps to go to get the win in Sundays Championship race. Truex Jr was 2nd, Kevin Harvick 3rd and Kyle Busch 4th. Clint Bowyer finished in 8th place. He finished 12th in the driver standings.
