Two teenagers were hurt in a crash in northern Osage County on Wednesday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the one-car wreck happened on US Highway 75 about three miles north of Carbondale shortly before 5:30 pm. The driver, 16-year-old Matthew Seastrom of Topeka, apparently drifted off the right side of the highway and overcorrected. The car went into a ditch and rolled at least once.
Seastrom and a passenger, 14-year-old Katelyn Seastrom, were both taken to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka for treatment. Their conditions have not been released. Both were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
