Hopkins Manufacturing has announced a new member of its administrative team.
Duke Vair will assume the titles of Vice President Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer. Vair was most recently the vice president of human resources from Brakebush Brothers, a multifaceted company dealing with food processing, trucking and transportation, logistics, sales and marketing. Vair also was the human resources vice president for AG Processing, a soybean oil and biofuel company.
CEO Brad Kraft says Vair’s experience in “building high-performing cultures, teamwork, talent management, employee engagement and acquisitions, along with his exceptional overall HR background,” will help Hopkins’ strategic culture growth initiative.
Vair has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska as well as an associate of applied science from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Neb.
