An Emporia woman facing aggravated burglary and other charges will be back in court Tuesday for a hearing.
Taylor Rich, 21, is slated for a motions hearing at 3 pm.
Rich faces a single aggravated burglary charge, three additional counts of burglary and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer after an incident that allegedly happened on or around Sept. 15. Rich is accused of entering an occupied house in the 3300 block of East 18th as well as a truck and camper with the intent to steal items from all three.
