Emporia State’s theater department is getting ready for an old-time presentation of a Christmas classic.
For the third straight year, the department will perform A Christmas Carol. Director Dennis Turney says this will be a radio-style performance.
The show starts at 7:30 pm at Karl C. Bruder Theatre inside King Hall. A donation of $5 towards theater scholarships or a contribution of so-called stable food items for Corky’s Cupboard is suggested, but the show is free.
