Christmas and country music collided last night when Shenandoah visited the Granada Theatre.
Celebrating their 30th anniversary as a band, Shenandoah is now touring the nation giving both country and Christmas performances to the many crowds.
Shenandoah recently released an album titled ‘That’s Where I Grew Up.’ This marks the first album that the group has released in twenty years, and it reached the 15th spot on the iTunes billboard.
Shenandoah wrote many of their own Christmas tunes, but also gave some of the classic songs like White Christmas their own western flair.
The band emphasized that they were family-orientated and focused many of their songs on the bond a family shares.
Shenandoah will be performing next in Granbury, Texas on Dec. 8th and then Winston-Salem, North Carolina on Dec. 13th.
