The Emporia State Track team opened the indoor season at Pittsburg State Saturday.
In the Boo Rogers Multis heptathlon Emporia States Tanner Raubenstine finished in 7th place and provisionally qualified nationals. In the Crimson and Gold Invitational Murad Baheyadeen finished in 2nd place in the 800 meter run. Canien Burnett finished in 3rd place in the high jump. Parker Evans finished in 4th place in the 600 yard run and the mens 4 by 400 relay team of Brandon Rhone, Murad Baheyadeen, Mitchell Hamlin and Parker Evans finished in 4th place.
