In the USAToday Coaches poll Virgina is ranked number 3 followed by Tennessee and Michigan in the top 5.
Texas Tech is ranked 11th in both polls.
Kansas State is ranked 24th in the Coaches poll and is tied for 25th place in the AP poll.
